My courses are a set of custom-designed sessions created to deliver attendees the most needed and most used skills to ensure the most productive experience in the workplace.  There are two levels available.  First, All-in-One GS Courses that build the foundational layer.  Each are 2 hours in length and include a set of carefully selected topics sourced from my traditional introductory and intermediate level courses.  Secondly, the next level  are Targeted-Skills GS Courses which focus on a specific, and commonly used, task.  These are 1-hour in duration and deliver advanced level knowledge.

All courses open 15 minutes early for set-up and remain open 15 minutes at the end for any questions.  To help with course selection, there's also my Course Selection by Job Type Map (pdf) and you are also invited to reach out to me directly for assistance.  Click here to download the GS Course Calendar and flexibility of scheduling is always an option.

Project Management:

Careful planning, organizing, resourcing and then seeing a project plan through to a successful outcome is a truly amazing experience.  The original thoughts, known as the "Baseline", will never completely match the end result, the "Actual" but with careful preparation, monitoring, and well thought out mitigation steps, the end result will be successful.  An additional component that can make this happen is when the project manager and team work to develop their skills in building and maintaining the client and team relationships - I think this should become step 6 in the Project Management theory books!  My project support services are always available whether it's a preliminary call for some consultant-insight or more formal, ongoing, direct or indirect input about the plan, I'm pleased to assist (inquire any time).

Technical Writing:
All Forms of Technical Writing & DocumentationSystems - One Pagr
Technical Writing is really a fancy term for assistance with Documentation, which is a service that is near and dear to my heart.  Whether it's help with a larger job like a manual or comprehensive report or smaller, shorter jobs, I'm here to assist and am available to edit any existing files underway that may just need some tweaking or a refresh.  Additionally, designing software training material that's unique to for a proprietary application is an additional benefit of GS technical writing services.  Documentation support from GS can be a super resource to lean on when and as needed - inquire.
