My project management experience has spanned many industries small, medium and large. The types of initiatives have included organizing the procurement, delivery and set-up of desk-top computers Canada-wide to a healthcare amalgamation of two local hospitals, ensuring that project and CRM software was rolled out provincially, and implementation of back-end P&C insurance software. Additionally, the use and training of Microsoft Project, as well as other tracking tools, have also been key.
